4. Requests for Quotation (RFQs)

Any technical recommendation provided by ValvesOnly Europe is based solely on the information supplied by the customer and should be independently verified before implementation.
Submission of an inquiry or RFQ does not create any contractual obligation between the parties.
5. Quotations & Orders
All quotations issued by ValvesOnly Europe are valid only for the period stated within the quotation document.
Prices, delivery schedules, material availability, inspection requirements, and technical scope remain subject to confirmation at the time of order acceptance.
An order shall be considered accepted only upon written confirmation from ValvesOnly Europe.
Changes to specifications, quantities, testing requirements, documentation requirements, materials, or delivery terms after order confirmation may result in revised pricing, lead times, and commercial conditions.
6. Standards, Inspection & Testing
ValvesOnly Europe supplies products in accordance with applicable international standards, including but not limited to:
- API
- ASME
- ANSI
- DIN
- EN
- ISO
- BS
or any other standards specifically agreed within the purchase order or contract.
Inspection, testing, certification, witness testing, third-party inspection, material traceability requirements, and documentation requirements must be specified during the inquiry or order stage.
Inspection and test reports shall be supplied only where agreed within the order documentation.
7. Delivery & Lead Times
All delivery schedules communicated by ValvesOnly Europe are estimated and based on manufacturing capacity, material availability, inspection schedules, logistics conditions, and supplier performance.
ValvesOnly Europe shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from:
- Force majeure events
- Transportation disruptions
- Customs clearance delays
- Regulatory restrictions
- Supplier delays
- Material shortages
- Buyer-requested modifications
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Delivery dates should be considered estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellation
Orders may only be modified or cancelled with prior written approval from ValvesOnly Europe.
Once manufacturing activities, material procurement, machining, testing, documentation preparation, or project execution have commenced, cancellation may not be permitted.
Where cancellation is accepted, the customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Custom-built, project-specific, engineered-to-order, or non-standard products are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has begun.
9. Product Rejection & Returns
Any claim relating to product defects, shortages, non-conformities, or shipment discrepancies must be submitted in writing within a reasonable period following receipt of goods.
Products subject to rejection must be returned to the designated ValvesOnly Europe inspection facility or warehouse for evaluation.
Following inspection, ValvesOnly Europe may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Issue a credit or refund where appropriate
Transportation, handling, customs, duties, and associated return costs shall remain the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Products damaged due to improper storage, installation, maintenance, handling, modification, misuse, or operation outside design limits shall not qualify for replacement or refund.
10. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
ValvesOnly Europe warrants that supplied products conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery.
Specific warranty terms, where applicable, shall be stated within the quotation, order confirmation, or contractual documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValvesOnly Europe shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of production
- Business interruption
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Special damages arising from the use or performance of supplied products
Any liability shall be limited to the value of the affected product supplied by ValvesOnly Europe.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
